Returns

We hope every VULNA piece becomes one that you choose often and keep for many years.

For that reason, we encourage thoughtful purchases and are always happy to answer any questions before an order is placed.

If, however, your purchase is not quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused.

In their original condition.

Returned with all original tags attached.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was received, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
